Delivery Policy

Provided Orders are received before 3:30pm Monday-Friday, we will dispatch your order by post, or courier, or our own delivery van. Subject to the availability of stock, within the UK, you can expect delivery on the next working day. If, for any reason, stock is not readily on hand we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Orders received after 3:30pm will be treated as orders received the following day and will be scheduled for delivery the day following the day in which it is deemed to have been received.

Goods requiring a same day delivery will incur an additional delivery charges which will vary depending on the delivery location, this will be notified and agreed before dispatch.

Short deliveries, damaged deliveries or non deliveries should be notified within 24 hours, to Customer Services at Derby@litho.co.uk or Tel: 0844 984 0415 Fax: 0844 984 0416.

Goods must not be returned without first contacting customer services. Goods received damaged, short or incorrect should be signed for as such at the time of taking delivery.
